SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR ALL AGES STARTS
SUNDAY, SEPT.12th
In addition to the childrens classes, adults have 4 class choices this fall:
Men’s Class:
"The Life of the God-Made Man" by Dan Doriani. Instead of telling you what you should do for God, this book looks at what God has done for you. Delving into the Scriptures, he explores the nature of God and the need to be like Him. With no-holds-barred honesty, He challenges you and your approach to life in every area.
Women’s Class:
“The Essentials of Effective Prayer”, by Kay Arthur, David & BJ Lawson, is designed to complete each lesson together during SS class. The study "examines what Scripture teaches about prayer and considers how to apply those truths to our own lives".
“Effective Parenting in a Defective World” Raising children is a tough challenge in today's world. Peers and pop culture exert a never-ending pressure on kids. Many come from split homes. But the good news is that God has been working with people from bad situations for a long time! DVD based by Chip Ingram.
“How to study the Bible yourself” Learn by doing it together while studying Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Daniel.
